A new malware with the vestiges of the Greek winged horse Pegasus has become the symbol of an Israeli company, and would be able to breach WhatsApp's entire cloud data system. The NSO company, responsible for the development of Pegasus, would have put its product on sale demonstrating how the malware easily accesses the clouds of the largest US software companies. Following the statements by the Financial Times, large American companies Facebook and Google promptly denied the breach in their cloud services. Even the Israeli company itself has firmly denied having provided such information: "We do not provide programs capable of hacking or storing large amounts of data from applications, services or infrastructures in the cloud".
However, denials aside, the existence of Pegasus is confirmed. According to those who revealed how it works, it can violate any cloud system, entering into many Android and iOS smartphones and collecting information.
