The colors in the graphics
The choice of colors in graphics is one of the most important aspects for the creation of any project.
In fact, based on the tones chosen, it is possible to direct the end user to experience an emotion and therefore to unconsciously influence their choices.
Based on the project to be carried out (logo, brochure, website, etc.) in order to reach and "conquer" the customer, we will necessarily have to focus on the psychology of colors.
The color spectrum can be divided into three groups:
The Warm Colors such as Yellow, Red and Orange.
The Cold Colors such as Blue, Green, ect.
Neutral Colors they are white, black and gray.
Let's go now to explain their "psychology" in pills
The warm colors they are generally associated with action: they stimulate arousal, an increase in heart rate and breathing rate.
They are reminiscent of the colors of nature, they lend a hand to "get into action" and to perform a specific action.
The cold colors on the contrary, they have a relaxing and calming effect, in fact they are able to lower the heart and respiratory rate, they inspire confidence as well as pastel colors. They also inspire loneliness and impersonality.
For the neutral colors instead we have to spend a few more words!
The White it is the symbol of purity, innocence and modesty. It expresses a pure and sincere feeling. It is also used when waiting for new news.
The black is the strongest of the neutral colors. From a positive point of view, it is commonly associated with power, elegance and formality. Black can facilitate the transmission of a sense of sophistication and mystery.
Color is created from their mixing Grey, demonstrating the balance that exists between them. It is no coincidence that when we observe the gray color our eyes are in a condition of equilibrium.
