HomeKit will allow iPhones and iPads to more easily control certified devices, such as appliances, lights, heating and air conditioning systems, locks, doors and much more, offering direct interaction with the Siri voice assistant. Companies that have chosen to support Apple's HomeKit include, among others, August, Philips, Honeywell, iHome and Ti.
