How does it work
First of all, you cannot associate the same phone number with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. You will then have to choose the name of your business, and this cannot be changed later. Also for this version it is possible to take advantage of WhatsApp web.
The only difference is in the settings menu, where you will have an entry dedicated to activity settings. Here you can add the address, business category, description, opening hours, email address and website to your profile.
